How do I track my workouts?
Navigate to the Workout tab and select a workout template. Follow the guided exercises and your session will be automatically tracked.
How do I log my meals?
Go to the Nutrition tab or tap "Log Meal" on the home screen. Enter your meal details including calories, protein, carbs, and fats.
How does the trial work?
Your trial gives you access to all premium features for a limited time. After it expires, you can subscribe to continue enjoying premium features.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Profile > Subscription Management. You can cancel anytime through the subscription settings in the app, or through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
How do I set water reminders?
From the home screen, tap "Set Water Reminders" under the water tracking section. Configure your reminder schedule and enable notifications.
How do I connect with workout buddies?
Go to the Buddies tab, tap "Add Buddy" and search for friends by their email address. You need to verify your email to use buddy features.
Can I export my workout data?
